hey jamo , just wanted your input into this psychotic diet a bodybuilder i know is following , he is bulking and he eats 4500kcal a day , 436g carbs a day , 105g of fat a day and a staggering 384 g OF PROTEIN a day !! the shocking thing is that he weighs only 180lbs ( he is 6 foot 2 with around 10% body fat and is 18 years old ) !

hey jamo , i shall make this very quick and simple !

1.you mentioned in a vblog that u recomend 100g of carbs post AND PRE workout , i use dextrose and waxy maize starch , so should i put 100g of dextrose into my PRE-workout shake ???? ( which is currently 1scoop whey,5g glutamine, 3 bcaa tablets, 3 creatine tablets and 2 NO2 tablets and after my workout i have pretty much the same exept use waxy maize starch cause its faster absorbing )

hey jamo , i was inspired by your blog about sex being the new cardio and it got me thinking = COULD REGULAR EJACULATION NOT STUNT YOUR MUSCLE GAINS ????? i ask this because i am wondering if you loose testosterone when you ejaculate cause thats what your testosterone is isnt it ( your testicles and sperm ???

Deadlifts !! my question is = IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUILD AN AMAZING BODYBUILDERS PHYSIQUE AND GET SERIOUS SIZE BY NOT DOING DEADLIFTS ?? are they soo crucial for adding size or are they over-rated ????

I say this because everywere i turn people talk about deadlifts being CRUCIAL for getting big and then another minute i hear the complete opposite ( people saying they are over-rated and cause to many injurys )??

hey everybody , well i must say that i am extremely happy to let you guys know about my good news , well i weighed myself about a month or so ago and i weighed 204lbs , i weighed myself today and i nearly fell off the scales , it read = 218.8LBS !!!!!!!!! i check it again about 3 times and i couldnt believe it , i took my top off and looked in the mirror and still kinda had my abs !

i might have picked up my first injury ( HELP )

hi guys , well i done a shoulder and tri workout yesterday and it was amazing , i was lifting really heavy and the next morning i could really really feel that my muscles had been worked , however , i have been sitting at my computer screen ( checking emails bla bla bla ) for about 3 or 4 hours now and out of nowhere , all of a sudden , my lower back started hurting ??

powerlifting ? any suggestions guys ? ( jamo * )

hay guys , i have been thinking about starting powerlifting because my gym is like 80% powerlifters and jamo and you guys said that i need to build a base at my age and i shouldnt worry about trying to shape my muscles atm because i am only 17 and i should just focus on building a solid base , and i cant think of a better way to build mass, strength, size and a great base by doing powerlifting , because if you look at a bodybuilder and then look at a powerlifter , the powerlifter always has the most mass and size ( though he may be carrying bodyfat and lacks defintion , he is still massive )

hay jamo ;) i honestly cant put into words how much i appreciate your time and patience with me ;) i thank you so much :D i know i am tuff sometimes but its just because i am SO dedicated to bodybuilding and i honestly eat sleep and breathe it,i wake up and the first thing i think about is bodybuilding and my workout for that day and getting some protein in me as soon as possible , you must remember those days when you were younger !!!

hay jamo , quick question ;)

I have done my research and have decided to give hany rambods FST-7 training method a go because after all what do i have to loose lol ! i am starting to feel bored with my training and i feel like trying something new , something that will shock my muscles and something that i have never done before :) and i have heard a lot about fascia stretch training.

I know that right now as we speak jay cutler and phil heath are under going the fst-7 training system for the 09 olympia :) as well as many many more top and amatuer bodybuilders across the world ;)

hi guys , well today was my first day on contest prep , i started off with 30minutes on rowing machine and supplemented before and after etc etc anyway ! my meal 2 was 200g of salmon and 50g brown rice , i would like to know ANY healthy seasonings, spices, herbs etc that i can put on the salmon or rice to take the PLAIN boring-ness out of them , the salmon was so dry and boring and the rice was extremely plain , i was wondering first IF I CAN PUT SEASONINGS ON THEM ( ie can i get away with seasonings or should i worry about sodium etc ) ? and if yes then what ones can you recomend ??

if you think that cardio plan sounds good then i have one very important question to ask you !

how much carbs should i be taking in if i am doing that cardio regime ASWELL AS 4 INTENSE WEIGHT TRAINING SESSIONS every week ??

i heard that carb cycling is one of the best ways to loose fat , if this is true , what is the best way to incorporate this into my program , ie should i do one day high carb , one day low carb or 2 day high carb - one day low carb , or 2 days low carbs - one day high carbs ????????????? i am clueless about this ????

hay jamo , i was just sittin down writing out my cardio split for my up and coming pre-contest program ( loosing weight program).

I came up with something that sounds really good and was wondering what your opinion on it was and what you think of it.

WEEK 1 = 15MIN CARDIO 3TIMES A WEEK (MON,WED,FRI)
WEEK 2 = 20MIN CARDIO 3TIMES A WEEK (MON,WED,FRI)
WEEK 3 = 25MIN CARDIO 3TIMES A WEEK (MON,WED.FRI)
WEEK 4 = 30MIN CARDIO 3TIMES A WEEK (MON,WED,FRI)

WEEK 5 = 35MIN CARDIO 4TIMES A WEEK (MON,TUES,THURS,FRI)
WEEK 6 = 40MIN CARDIO 4TIMES A WEEK (MON,TUES,THURS,FRI)
