When I started to bulk up, my stomack started to get bigger and bigger. I had a flat stomac , before I started eat a lot trying to gain size so I was wondering if you can give me advice and tips to avoid getting a fat belly while trying to bulk up. thanks
Is CLA a good solution since it particulary burns fat off the stomach?

What is the difference between a power lift program and a reguler 8-12 reps program? Is it doing one rep instead of 8-12? If it's only one reps I need to do so how many sets i need to do? Can you plz teach us more about power lifting? thanks jamo

I have a very simple question, but I know lots of people are mixt up with it. It s about reps. Everyone know that to make muscles grow, we have to do between 8 to 12 reps. In the first 2 year of training, people told me that doing 12 reps will make more cut and gives more definition to my muscles, so I was always doing high reps training in the gym because my goal was to get bigger and shaped.
