You've seen the video with Sandy Collora and heard that we are giving away a free Hunter Prey Crew T-shirt and you are probably wondering how it works. Well, what we have decided to do is a "pay it forward" contest. Were just asking that you go out and do something nice for someone, possibly someone you don't even know. Buy a stranger a coffee at Starbucks, visit an elderly person in a convalescent home, give money to a charity, just do anything outside of yourself and let us know what that was and how it turned out.

It's that time of year, Fitness Model International finals are coming up October 24th -26th in Beverly Hills. If you haven't entered yet and want exposure this show is a must. If you are in or around LA that weekend come on out and say hi to everyone please do. I'll be there, Jamo will be there and many other My Fit Tribe members will be in attendance as well.

Okay, so you've seen the trip to China,what an amazing time. I got home and went immedietly to work on my show...Americas Fittest Model www.americasfittestmodel.com . It was a huge success and I'm sure we made history with a new format of promoting fitness events...others will begin to copy, or try.

Just wanted to let all of my fellow tribes people know about my upcoming show, Americas Fittest Model. It's in its 4th year and will be held in my neighborhood at Rancho Bernardo High School on April 5th. My whole intention is to get fitness model "hopefuls" the exposure they deserve. It will be a star studded event as we have a celebrity judging panel, some of the best physique photographers in the industry, magazine publishers, supplement companies, and agencies all scouting for the new faces, and more importantly bodies, that are yet to be discovered.

Jamo and I met years ago and I knew then he was going to be doing some amazing stuff in the industry. He was an IFBB Pro, but not happy with the direction it was taking him becuase he has a burning desire to help people. Fast Forward 5-6 years or so...MFT is born and he is creating a community that I feel honored to be a part of. My goal in becoming a part of this community is to make a difference by bringing tools, information and motivation to a group of people interested in changing their lives through health and fitness. I have NEVER been a part of any other site like this.
