Have been spending a lot of time re-doing my entire websites Member section for the past 3 months and have been training people a lot, both online via Yahoo Messenger as well as in my gym here in Vegas.

hey guyz - I just found a pic of me from 6 weeks back that I took and compared it to a pic I took TODAY! with my phone at the gym - WOW!...seems like the higher carbs and Intervall cardio is really the way to go ! - now 211lbs and 3 weeks left to tighten up even more - I am feeling good about this one...what do you guys think?

You wanna loose fat..try Intervall Cardio!

Hi guys - I just discovered an amazing change in my body by changing the intensity and adjusting the duration of my cardio workouts. I have been a longtime believer that long time (45-60min) cardio session at low intensity would burn fat and save muscle tissue due to the low intensity of it. How wrong I was, I have given a whole new approach a chance and man did my body make a jump down the fat scale!

Carb-Protein shift worked great!

Seems like the carb protein shift in my diet is doing wonders - I feel a lot fuller and seem to actually dropped more weight on top of it - now at 212lbs and 3 1/2 weeks out of the show - just a thin layer to loose and I should be ready - check out the pic guys!

I came up with a great low-carb dinner which is pretty easy to prepare and tastes incredible.

Ingredients:
Green Salad Mix
1 pack of sliced Portabello Mushrooms
6ounces of Tiallapia Filet

Grill Mates Roasted garlic and herb spices
Wishbone Salad Spritzer/Balsamic flavor
Olivio Olive Extra Virgin Olive oil Spray

George Foreman Grill (dont eat the grill -lol)

Hi Guys - I wanted to reveal some of my training secrets for all of you during the last stage till my contest. I ve been known to have trained under the wings of no other then the legandary Mike Mentzer and of course have been an advocate of his training system HIT(High Intensity Training/Heavy Dudy) for several years now. I have made some great progress with this system and will always use it no matter what.
