Muscle growth and concerns about lifting weight

hey, i was wondering if you could give me any advice about the kinds of
things i should be eating for muscle growth etc, and also help me with
my concerns. I'm always nervous when lifting any weight that im going to
hurt myself. I'm only sixteen but i'm still quite thin but i was born 10
weeks pre- mature. Can i only lift light weights or medium weights and still
get toned and increase muscle size. sorrry bit of a rant but thats my
concern.

hey can anyone tell me what i need to work on to get wide across my whole upper body, so shoulders, abs, chest. this could be a silly question but i can you actually make yourself much wider or are you just born a certain width

Protein question

I keep hearing u need about 1 gram of protein per 1lb of body weight but the problem is i dont no what foods have the protein. i hear that fruit isn't very good because it has too much sugar,

could anyone please give me some example of good foods to eat for protein and also carbs if they could.

also in a protien drink how many grams are advisable I'm only 112lb :s but it would help to know
