When Scenes Are Not What's Seen

The older I get, the more I think. My kids (I say 'mine' even though I know they belong to someone else) these kids remind me to look within for answers. In my Literary Genre class, we think a great deal. It may not always go in the ways I had aimed for, but the outcomes are always what we ALL needed in that moment.

back workout help please

Vision4DaY's picture

whats up mft member!! it has been a long time since i don't make a blog.

ok i want to know what you think of the back routine that i want to start to do.
i know that the back is compose of various muscles and i don't want to miss any when making a back workout. so if anyone knows of a general rule on choosing a back routine i would appreciate it.

i chose some exercises but i am not sure if they are too much or too little and i am not sure on what some do
so what i am doing is choosing pulldowns, bentover rows, seated rows,(all close and wide grip) and deadlifts

-RAJ-'s picture

Hey MFT crew,

Anyone ever wondered how gymnast trains? I mean those guys have amazing upper body muscle definition. And i heard they only do bodyweight stuff?

Anyone have any ideas on how to incorporate gymnast training to a routine?

Im quite interested on the planche...any gymnast out here?? Can share some training that is needed to lead to a planche??

Thanks guys =)

Happy Halloween!

Been awhile since I had time or made time to blog. Got lots of irons in the fire. Took some time off training and feel even better. Am up about 3 pounds, but not too worried. I manage to fluctuate between 129 and 135. Got lots of students interested in fitness. That really makes my day when someone notices the hard work I have put in. I get more motivated the more I motivate others!

Ravinous's picture

Hey tribe members... just thought i'd update you guys on my progress. With just 2 more weeks to go, I think I have a handle on where i'm at. For those of you with experience, you know it takes alot of work to maintain everything you're worked for, especially at this particular time. I've fought with myself over everything from how many sets to do to trying out how many hours sleep I need each night for optimal training. It has become ridiculous how teadious this thing is!

“The Importance of Mammograms”
By Teri LaFaye
c September 27, 2009

After a recent mammogram that came back abnormal, I became more and more convinced of how little I knew about breast cancer prevention. I underwent two mammograms and two ultrasounds with results by two different doctors requesting the same follow-up procedure for further diagnosis.

I'm sensitive

I've been in my bulking stage for 4 weeks as always eating clean my issue is that with all these good carbs I'm still putting to much weight around my belly not that it's hanging just a little more there I spoke to a bodybuilder at the gym he says I could be carb intolerant and I need to change the types of carbs I take in I should replace my brown rice, red potatoes, yolks from eggs I should be taking vegetables for my carb source and egg whites only no yolks and NO bread what so ever no even whole wheat....
