1st Canadian bodybuilding competitionPosted October 9th, 2009 by RavinousHey tribe members... just thought i'd update you guys on my progress. With just 2 more weeks to go, I think I have a handle on where i'm at. For those of you with experience, you know it takes alot of work to maintain everything you're worked for, especially at this particular time. I've fought with myself over everything from how many sets to do to trying out how many hours sleep I need each night for optimal training. It has become ridiculous how teadious this thing is!
