LISTEN UP!!! heres the deal last night i was looking at pics from when i was only 165 pounds shredded to the bone.. and it made me a little depressed because now i am 190 right around 10 or 12% body fat and it got to me.i gota 4 pack but its still freaked me out.

Congratulations to all the medal winners & non-medal winners alike. In my opinion, just making it to the Olympics is a great task in itself. Making the team... representing your country in the biggest event on earth makes you a champion. Great job!

So! It's been a while since I ASKED a question here at MFT.com so I wanted to add my insight and hear what you all had to suggest and what knowledge you could bring to "the table" so to speak.

Lets quickly go over a basic fundamental idea here that I utilize when trying to explain to people the importance of "eating enough" when they start their fit n' healthy endevours.

So it seems that lightening BOLTs do strike twice in the same place. Who would have thought that a 21 year old man would not just win, but break both the 100m & 200m records in just one olympics?? I am especially proud of him because finally the Caribbean is leaving a huge mark on the world stage. And how about those three Jamaican girls in the 100m... not to mention the Female hurdles? Good for all of them!!
