How does Jennifer Garner keep so slim with a busy film career, a toddler, and a busy husband? It’s all about the basics of eating right and squeezing physical activity into her day. Jennifer is a major fan of early morning pilates or other workouts with a personal trainer. She likes to do this around 6 - 7 AM, before handsome husband Ben Affleck or adorable daughter Violet are awake. When she’s too busy to fit this in, she’ll swim laps in their pool or play with her daughter or nephews. Though she tries to maintain a constant stream of steady physical activity, she admits that it’s much easier to be fit in the summer. In the winter months, it’s hard to worry about your figure when you’re huddled up in bulky sweaters and jackets. But in the summer, she likes to ‘kick it into gear.’ Jennifer also tries to promote healthy dietary choices by buying organic foods and shopping at the local farmer’s market.
