Fast Food and Testosterone
Fast food may cause erectile dysfunction; yet another reason to avoid fast food altogether.
As if it weren’t bad enough that fast food makes you fat, gives you heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and messes with your skin, now there is evidence that, at least for men, eating too much fast food can make you a failure in the bedroom!
From a study looking at the effects of a fast food diet, the researchers found that mice developed micronutrient deficiencies including zinc deficiency, and this led to underdevelopment of the testes, testicular dysfunction, and low testosterone levels. Having read my other articles (read them here), I’m sure you all know what that means: when Jack and Jill came back down from the hill, all Jill had was a pail of water!
