Lesser Known Benefits of Vitamin C
Posted June 8th, 2008 by Kristina Beck
Grab some vitamin C! While it may not be proven effective in curing the common cold, it has been empirically linked to several significant health benefits. People who consume a diet that is rich in vitamin C have fewer wrinkles and age-related dry skin patches. After washing your face, but before putting on other treatments like moisturizer or sunscreen, try a topical application of a vitamin C treatment to keep you looking and feeling young! Vitamin C has also been shown to lower the risk of heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and bladder, stomach, esophagus, and lung cancers. Additionally, it’s been linked with reduced eyesight problems and increased longevity in women who drank green tea mixed with citrus fruit.

GREAT!
Thanks for the info about topical application of vitamin C. Make sure you don't overdose too badly on internal vitamin C as its linked to heart disease though. ENJOY!...Michael T
