Kettlebells
The newest bodybuilding craze in America has been a successful tool in Russia since the eighteenth century. Kettlebells have a strange look and an even stranger name, but everyone from weightlifters to military elite to the US Secret Service use kettlebells for total body strength, agility, and stamina.
Male and female athletes alike use kettlebells because they work your entire body and help you develop many different aspects of fitness. Russian studies demonstrate that people who trained with kettlebells consistently bested those who trained in other methods in every single exercise that was tested. The kettlebells athletes even beat the conventional exercise group when the conventional group trained specifically for the tests they would be taking!
Kettlebells are also touted for helping you improve your body composition, no matter what you need. Overweight people can lose weight and lower their body fat percentage, while underweight people can use kettlebells to add muscle to their figures. Because kettlebells require the entire body and work both the cardiovascular and muscular system, a regime that uses kettlebells can have dramatic effects on your shape.
For those just starting with kettlebells, be sure to get the appropriate size. Men should start with 35-lb. sets and women should begin with 18-lb. kettlebells.

I always was skeptical about kettlebells, but I will look for more information about it. People became to use it for MMA conditioning, the heavy weight champion of the IFL, Nelson “Big Country”, use it for a long time and have a very powerful punch and good conditioning, even being a fat guy.
