Many Americans do not get enough physical activity according to a report recently released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Only 46.8% of people meet the government’s minimum amount of physical activity, which is at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise at least 5 days per week, or at least 20 minutes of vigorous exercise at least 3 days per week. Of adults with disabilities, only 38% meet the minimum requirements.
