Amber began her career as an Exercise Therapist at The Egoscue Method Headquarters in San Diego . During her tenure in San Diego , Amber was fortunate enough to work directly with Pete Egoscue himself and several other veteran therapists. Amber has received the highest levels of certification by The Egoscue University. Her teaching style and technique derive from her diverse background in bodywork. This background, coupled with Amber's education in exercise therapy, studies in yoga therapeutics with Doug Keller, and circuit training have enabled Amber to successfully deliver on her mantra of helping people, "Live life, live free, live fit".

With over 10 years of competitive artistic gymnastics under her belt, Amber understands the importance of proper alignment. Amber is also a second year Ms. Fitness competitor and enjoys dance, budakon, yoga, breakdancing, flying trapeze, and anything relating to physical activity!!

My mother put me in dance when I was 3 years old! From that point on, I went on to compete as an acrobatic flyer and as a level 9 artistic gymnast. I continued to train my body in different styles of movement and I always find an outlet to perform.

Leading an active healthy lifestyle allows me to feel alive!

I love finding new classes to take so I do not get bored of the same gym routine. I also surround myself with active people who have the same outlook. I love to help and challenge others and fitness competitions always keep me motivated to stay in shape!
